Remote service app bmwx3 not working

Hi folks.
I got a BMW X3 xdrive30i 2020 and im in Canada. The remote service app is stressing me out. Cant perform lock, unlock and even ore ventilation.
I pretty much tried every solution I found in the web including
- reseting the software multiple times,
-update apps,
- delete and update phone app.
- remove /add the car in the app

Im always getting the error see attached screenshot.

If anyone experienced the same issue please shed some light! 😓😓😓
