For those wondering - this probably means those with the spare tire package will have easy adjustment of the rear, those without will not as the shock tops require removal of the interior panels.

That is correct.
And also you will lose the EDC function.

Even in Germany it could take up to 8 weeks to get it
And +/- 2.400,00.-€ isnt a real bargain.

I still hope some „tuner" will try to work with Bilstein, can't beat their Monotube system!
And for the springs Eibach (MSS are produced by them).

I never have been a fan of KW, their quality never met my needs...they might have improved during the years.

Bilstein US office also works differently.

Took them 6 years to release and brings B8 shocks to US for F15/F16 X5/X6 application.

PSS9 was popular back during coilover war in roughly 2004-2006.

Then they stopped pushing it since their lost against KW.

I know KW is the popular modern day go to coil-over kit now-a-days. And they make some pretty fine kits. I simply like the motorsports heritage of Bilstein and reputation they've built over time. They even test their model specific damping valve on the RIng. So I will probably just sit tight for a while until I can compare their offering. I realize like many others have mentioned, it may be a while though.

I have no complain on my X3MC with MSS when I went to the track.
Main complain was the brake.
Next event will be on race pad and brake line.
