F25 firmware update:

I looked on the bmw website for the 2013 F25 x3 firmware update...im not able to download it from the website for some reason...I called the dealer and they said it would cost $325 lol. Does anyone have the files for the latest firmware update?

Can you logon to BMW website, setup an account, and download the firmware yourself?

Do you have the means to upgrade the firmware? 70 amp power source, ista/p with ICOM interface or e-sys with enet obd interface and knowledge how to properly flash all the applicable ECUs? If so, you'll need to download the latest full PSdZData set which is around 132gig. If not, read up on flashing BMW ECUs.

they blocked that option where you can download it yourself...

Yeah just came from the dealer and they mentioned the same thing for me as well

I dont think there has been any real update to the firmware for pre-LCI F25's since 2014...

yeah...i think the latest update is just a few updates on the multimedia work art when plugged into your iphone...other than that not worth $325.
