My 2019 M40i is a low option deal, custom ordered in July. Delivered late Aug 2018 , worth posting as a comparison.

Phytonic Blue Metallic, Black Leather w/blue stitching,
Adaptive M Suspension, Space-saver spare, Trailer Hitch.

MSRP...…………….. $59295. 36/10K lease
Discounts/rebates, $8000. Appox. 13.5% below MSRP.
Drive offs/deposit. $2000.
Mo. payment $582.
+8.75%tax =$632.
7 MSD's $4550, MF .00131 .
I'll get CCA $500. post rebate.
Leasehackr Score: 8.5, not the greatest, but I am happy with the deal.

Was quoted $4,117 off of a $68,570 MSRP X3 M40i before any negotiation. So after incentives it was coming out to around $60,953 +taxes, tag, title. Don't have what the monthly would be on a 36/10k as we were waiting for any updates to October figures. Looking to do PCD around January so this was an out of state quote and I'm looking to shop it around.

In Cali , if you have MSD's on a current lease then you can continue them on a new lease.

I had MSD's on a 330e lease that was current and ending in Nov. They excepted new MSD's on my M40i in Aug. and I kept the 330e. To my surprise they also excepted my offer in Oct, on an i3 lease with another 7 MSD's when I returned the 330e a month early .

You should be able to get 8-9% (conservative) off before any of the rebates and loyalty. Looks like you are financing so the monthly payment isn't comparable to the lease deals.

BMW Incentive $1,000 - not a previous BMW owner
Final Cap - 60,054

Up front payment of 4,768.08 (tax 2,674.47, DMV and other fees 1,320 & first month's payment)

What do you guys think? I think it's pretty unbeatable especially the dealer discount. Generally i would have expected BMW incentives to be higher though.
That's a really well put together deal. I'd still ask for $30 less on the monthly - but that's just me

Just ordered a X3 M40i. Custom build. With 50% down I was able to get a total of $4,200 off MSRP This represents a 6 1/4% discount. Not bad.

They really push the finance by making $2k discount on financing. Making my use of their money only 1.5%.

What type of interest rate? BMW FS website is showing 4.35%, my bank is offering me 3.09%...which of course nullifies their $2K discount for financing through them.
