2017 F25 X3 x28i Sirius XM problem
I just purchased a 2017 X3 last week and I am having a problem with Sirius XM. I successfully transferred my account from a previous vehicle and got things activated on the X3. The problem is that the radio loses my account information once the vehicle has been shutoff for around 15 minutes or more. It clears the radio and will only show channel 1 again with the phone number displayed to activate the radio. We took it on a 3 hour road trip this past weekend and it worked perfectly the entire drive. Shut the car off for an hour and the account was lost again. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with Sirius XM tech support and they do not have a solution. I have not seen this specific issue discussed when I have searched. Does anyone have any possible solutions or idea what the problem could be? Thanks |
