New member and new (to me) pre-LCI N55 (dang you all and the acronyms!!).

Quick question since I just purchased BimmerUtility but I have not made it through all the posts across all the forums. With BU it states the registration is good for ONE device. Do you need multiple registered devices to use the cloud sync and flip between windows and android?

I see that a variety of other software is necessary for windows as well so this is also my humble request for help in locating those items.

No. One code can be used on one WINDOWS device, and one goigle/apple account. PM sent.

Still trying to decide if I should throw BU on my laptop and my phone so I can code from either, or my phone and a desktop so I can edit from the desktop and code from the phone. Happy to hear any advice you may have based on your experience.

I have no use for Phone Apps myself. I use only my PC.

My iDrive (F34 2015) has gone into a boot loop. Unfortunately the system doesn't run for long enough to complete a USB update.

I believe flashing the head unit with esys should clear the problem? Any help gratefully received along with a link to Esys and any other required software...Many thanks!

My Window 10 laptop HDD with Esys and Ista+ finally gave out.

Can anyone kindly point me in the direction of the software. I haven't needed it for a while but I plan on retrofitting Pre-LCI LED on my Pre-LCI Bi-Xenons and will need them both. Many thanks!!!
