Unhappy Full screen Carplay coding gone wrong

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately a few days ago I purchased a full screen apple car play from a well know online vendor and the full screen feature now works well but the update has caused my surround view cameras, front view camera, along with front bumper sensors to stop working. I tried to reset my idrive by choosing the restore to previous version and default software settings and both options are not responsive as well. The vendor claims this is the first time this has ever happened and does not have any solutions up to now on how to fix these issues . Any ideas on how I could resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

Did you have Carplay previously?

You could probably fix the camera/sensor issues by VO coding those respective ECUs with E-Sys.

Without an ENET adapter and E-Sys i'm not sure what else could be done, removing all personal data doesn't really reset anything.
