You can also do this and make your own tool. That tool becomes 60 dollars if I order it and shipped to Canada. Crazy shipping price. I ended up taking the mount as well. It was time consuming but I got it done.

AFAIK, "Repair" is when you're replacing the transfer box or major components, while "Calibrate" is when changed fluid or other minor repairs. I performed this yesterday and the ISTA+ guide by Pungo above was perfect! It reset the calibration back to 0.0 and told me what it was like (10 something).
