I believe the Macan will run circles around the X4 stock however BMW has a more extensive dealer network and likely better reliability. There is also an array of 28i and 35i tuning options which have also proven quite reliable and impressive (I have been quite happy with Burger and Dinan or BMW are also options for those wanting warranty peace of mind).
Also, with owner loyalty and holiday cash I will likely be able to custom order an X4 for several thousand under invoice, while the Macan will likely be nearer to MSRP. The deal breaker for me however, is that there does not appear to be a panoramic moonroof option on the X4. |

They get away with that with high residuals and low-ish interest for leasing. I don't recall porsche ever being that aggressive with leasing? I could be wrong... Haha
