BMW X4 19" rims, change in offset

BMW X4 2.0d 2017. I would like to mount 19 "rims. On the BMW website dedicated size is

front: 8,5x19 ET 38 245/45
rear: 9.5x19 ET48 275/40

1) I would like to mount the same wheels on the back and the front. This is 8.5x19 245/45. There will be no problems with that, right?
2) Will these rims fit? I managed to find the original rims http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/partxref?q=6775992 with parameters 8.5x19 ET 25. I am particularly concerned about these problems with xdrive and incorrectly mounted tires / rims.
3) In your opinion, it is a good choice to mount 4x the same wheels? Or its better to install wider wheels at the rear? Mainly driving around the city, highways, without off-road.

Going from staggered to a square setup is fine and will reduce understeer.

In most markets the X3 and X4 are sold with square set ups so you should not expect any issues
