Hi Everyone!

Looking to see if anyone knows of any allocations for an X3M build. From doing my research of people making purchases, latest I've seen here is someone getting as much a 9% off MSRP. Still trying to figure out also if it's best to Finance, Lease, or even do a Balloon Option route. I did have a 2021 X3M Competition that was loaded and was paying $910/month with just taxes/fees at signing on a 12k/per yr 36 month lease at one point but unfortunately parted ways with it over a year ago.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction or recommend someone to speak with in getting this done.

I had a similar deal on my wife’s 2021 and even got equity out of it when I traded in early for a 23. Those days are gone. You can do the work yourself by calling around to dealers or hit up a broker on here or leasehackr. Cost a few bucks but saves a lot to time and usually the best deal you can find.

Yeah I know those days are gone but was looking to see if anyone has a great contact at a dealer/lease broker. I always do the work myself, just thought I'd reach out on here for a good contact someone easy to work with this time around.

Is it not possible to just walk in to a dealer and order one? They should be able to tell you if they have any slots, right?

If not why not try calling the largest dealers in the country?

Gennaro Russo at Gwinnett/Penske BMW (atlanta area) had an allocation and delivery to me in like a month.

No shenanigans. They are large volume and all costs were disclosed up front. I did have to do the dog and pony show on day of delivery w/ the guy trying to sell me extra protection, etc. I just kept saying - thanks**, but no.

Dont know how true this is but College Station BMW sent me an email offering to buy my 2022 and put me in a 2024 MC. So I guess they have an allocation?

Hence my question, can I just walk into a dealer and order one? Or does BMW play the Porsche game and say "oh its a limited production vehicle" with the MC?
They have/had several M4s, M5s, had an M5CS so they can definitely get cars.

Not every BMW Center gets allocated an X3M every month. You can walk into a dealer and order one, but it may be months before they receive an allocation or can do a dealer trade for a build slot. Given there's only a few months' production remaining, enlist a broker or start calling the high-volume dealerships.

I checked Autotrader recently and it was showing over 100 X3M's for sale. Is production limited or are those not accurate?

I saw this post and I guess I wasn't aware that X3M's were still not readily available dealerships.

Some of those can be customers' cars on order/ in transit
When we ordered in December there were only 2 available in the state and very few dealers had allocations.
Even our local dealer which is a certified M dealer still didn't have a x3m/x4m allocation

Would love to know which dealer is giving 9% off without making up on the backend or through mf...

This is exactly what I did. Walked into the dealership, found the first available rep., built the vehicle with him and in 3 months, I had my X3MC. Never even mentioned issues with allocations. Not every dealer may be like this though, so it would behoove OP to call around.

They are all listed under the X3 category, not X3M.

Filter by highest price and you will see all the X3M's populate.

This one would be perfect as I want Marina Bay Blue but the interior I want is the Sakhir Orange again. When I shopped around during my 1st X3M Comp back in 2021, I test drove a Black Sapphire Metallic with Adelaide Grey interior. At first I thought it was so unique & different and loved the hint of red inserts but I feel it won't age well.

Did you ever get an allocation/order?

I am in the same boat. My local dealer (S. NJ) didn't have any allocations...and now 2024 models will most likely be stopping production in May/June. I do not want the new iDrive in the 2025 X3M's. So now I am shopping around for whatever is in stock.

I just picked up a 24 x3m comp from Habberstad bmw in Huntington NY. I delt with Ryan there. Got a great price and factory order only took 4 weeks for me
