Question HOWTO: Intelligent Safety Feature OFF?

Dear members, sorry if this has been covered before.

I was wondering, is there a way to program without having to to coding, or other types of hacks a way where for a specific profile in my X3 that the Intelligent Safety systems are ALL OFF without me having to turn off manually by pressing a few seconds every time I get on the car?

I did see that I can go to the menu and turn off several features <individually> but that still leaves some stuff on and thus a red/orange circle around the button, instead of no color at all (all off)

Please, let me know if its possible, and how? thanks,

I don’t think it is possible. Most people would just hit the circle button you mentioned and set those parameters you mentioned, which I believe the car does remember. The color indicator is meant to remind those at what level the car is “protected”. I don’t know that bmw would be keen on disabling that reminder.

As I understand the manual, settings of Intelligence Safety should be saved for each driver profile independently. However I didn't try it, but might so it today. Check you manual, maybe you find the answer there.

Thanks all.

I (profile 1) drive with all settings on.

My wife (profile 2) drives with some settings on/some off (thus she gets not the green but the red/orange)

Now my sister is with me for a couple of months and driving with Guest (profile 3) and she wanted all off... thus my question. I disabled all I could on the individual level, but, she still has the red/orange and some features on, and would like all off without having to press the button, thus I asked.

First world problems, I know... can live with it, was just wondering/asking. thanks.

I tried it today, turned off ISA for driver 1, change profile do driver 2 and back to driver 1. ISA was on again. No turning off the vehicle in-between. So it seems that it remembers only the individual settings, but doesn't allow to save it as off.
