Is there any coding to get Android screen mirroring working? I'd love to get Google maps working.

You should be able to mirror on ID6.
Just need to unlock the mirroring while driving.

I find no way to mirror on Android's newer phones. If I'm not mistaken, BMW only allows mirroring on Miracast, which new Samsung phones no longer use. Please let me know if I'm missing something. i have a Galaxy S10.

Hmm, that is a tough one since I don't use Android phone.
If you want to swing by, maybe I can play around with your phone and your car.

But, based on the quick reading, Galaxy S10 called it Smart View now instead of screen mirror.

That's correct. Smartview doesn't seem to want to communicate with my idrive no matter what I try. Seems from my research like this is an issue with everyone I've seen on the forums so far. If you know something else, I would be more than happy to stop by. Thanks

Did you connect to the car's wifi?

I did. That didn't do anything. They just wouldn't communicate other than through bluetooth.

Yea, I have to play around with it. Each Android version have different steps.
