X3M Competition Deals

Will BMW ever offer crazy deals like they have done in the past for X3M platform?

I used to own an X3M but sold it to buy a house. Now I have the house I want one back and wondered if anyone was aware of any upcoming uk deals from dealers?

I know they notoriously struggled to sell these models and I landed a cracking deal off carwow a few years back - £1995 deposit and £695 pm but I know there were even better deals than that (around £599 pm).

I know there have been delays but I see automotive world is slowly starting to gain momentum again with new vehicles.

Any thoughts on this?

lol .. many moons ago I used to own an STi Impreza but sold it to buy a house

I would say highly unlikely bud, certainly not in the foreseeable. Apr's up to 5.9% now on new LCI's most of us in the UK Thread bought at heavily discounted prices and 2.9% on the PCP , those levels of discounts no longer available (circa 20k, comprising 6K BMW FS contribution and up to 14k+ dealer contribution).
I sold my Lci back to another BMW dealer, (for various reasons) 4 few weeks ago with 1,900 miles on the clock, recovered my deposit + 30% .

I think I'll be waiting an age to see discounts and low apr's again when I'll be looking at G82 X-drive M4Cs for now though the i8C Rocks
That said the underwhelming sound track of the S58 OPF suffocated engine would apply to the M4C, therefore I may get back on track for an M850i V8 ... M8s above my pay grade

As HoJoRo says, back when the lci was announced, there were some great deals around before the chip shortage hit BMW, and spec for spec, similar to what was on offer a few years back. I've seen £14k off the x3m but the Apr has increased and the base price has increased. I estimated I be paying close to £400/m more if I bought today than when I ordered in Q2 last year!!!

That said. As demand slips and people shy away from thirsty cars, things may shift. But can't see any big movements in the near term.

The list price has also increased, higher APR, higher list, less discount, deals of the past are a long way off, that’s if they ever return.

John Clarke still has a reasonable deal on .. but lead times now I have heard - 12 months on new orders. (but may vary from dealer to dealer)

I used JC's deal last summer to price match with more local dealers , which was achieved

Have you got any families members who are military (current or retired) or blue light?

If yes there are some deals and i got £20k off and 2.9% APR - my car arrived last month.

But APR's are all up so finance is costing more.

It's only going to get worse over the next 1-2
Years with increasing interest rates but BMW will need to sell cars!

This seems to be a standard ish deal on an X3m at the moment, and probably about as good as you'll get at the moment.

Look for Daisy Lynch at Park Lane.

I got a cracking deal.

Just had an X3 for my wife delivered too.

Sorry for hijacking the thread. Is it too late to get a 2022 X3M? Anyone know of any dealer with available allocation?

Read in another thread that there's about less than a dozen (11) slots for 2022 builds but are taken up by dealerships. Unless your local dealerships holds one of these slots or they can work out a deal for a 2022 build slot, it'll be a 2023 build if you decide to proceed.

I believe so. July is the last production month for 22s. I believe there won't be any more of 22 allocations. Could call around. I was able to secure one today

Wouldn’t you rather have a model year ‘23 at this point anyways?

Is MSRP considered a good deal on a X3M in the current market? This will be my first M purchase

Seems like it. There are also some rebates out there you might be eligible for (loyalty, military, corporate, etc.)

$5,150 increase if you check all the boxes. Regardless, $2800-5150 is significant for no other changes.
