Thanks, still available.

Full disclosure - I took a local person for a test drive and after sitting for a couple weeks without being driven, there was an oil burning smell so I took the car into the shop and they diagnosed it as a very slow valve gasket cover leak. The shop said the leak does not need to be fixed right now but at some point in the future it will be, and driving the car regularly will avoid the burning smell since the small amount of oil that collects burns off before it has a chance to pool up, while leaving the car idle for a couple weeks allows more to build resulting in the smell. Repair cost quoted at $925, though they said they could discount that to $850. Will work with buyer on price given this info, or can have it repaired and worked into the sale price too.
