If they ask you why you didn’t just get an m3

Give them the finger, and then politely explain that it would be a touch challenging to fit 2 adults, a teen, a 50 lb dog, and stuff for a month of life for them + your wife and toddler into a sedan.

I've already made use of the X3M cargo capacity several times. I missed the extra space since trading in an X4.

Other reasons:

1) New one wasn't out yet.
2) I'm too old to crouch down to get in.
3) The grill....oh that grill.

How do you fit two crates? Previously had X5s but went with an X3 this last time and thinking about going back to the X5 to have room for 2 crates.

I just say the M3 sounded like ass, the new one looks like ass, and the X3M hauls ass.

Back seats folded down. One goes crossways on he folded rear seats, dog loads from rear side passenger door. The other one goes in the back facing the rear. With about 12 -15 inches of storage on each side . Dog loads from hatch. Did a 8 day road trip with luggage and ice chest. No problem

It's 2" shorter than the m3 lol. The size of the 3 series /m3 is out of control
