X3 25i... no such animal in the Second Generation BMW X3 (F25)!
Perhaps a 2.8i or 3.5i in your part of the world. If you want to see which wheels (and tyres) fit BMW X3s carry out a cross reference here.... http://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/x3/ for 7 series try this link... http://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/7-series/

Thanks for the link but that doesn't help me in figuring out whether or not the wheels will fit. The site only tells us the size of wheels/tires the cars with.

I doubt whether any one else has ever tried this. There could be brake caliper clearance issue and other problems. Your best bet is to ask BMW.

I actually just fitted the OEM M Sport wheels from the 650i (Style 373) onto my X3, similar sizes to what you have. Those fronts will fit just fine, might have a little bit of "poke" as the offset is quite low. This is where they stick out of the wheel wells a little. The rears on the other hand might need a spacer.
The tire sizes are what BMW uses for the OEM 20" X3 upgrade, so they're perfect. However, I chose to go with a square tire setup, 255/40-20. My picture below for reference. OEM style 373 20x8.5" ET33 front 20x9" ET44 rear (with 10mm spacer)
