Beautiful car, but honestly I don't really understand for what do the do this? Will X3M ever be a popular model?.. Or they just decided to show some nice results on a rare model? Or what?..

It's a new version of M...

If you have the funds it's more practical and near as fun as a traditional sports sedan; M3.

X3M easily competes with M3 in terms of a practical fun daily driver. It's actually a better daily driver for most people.

This would be an easy sell for small family to check box for performance and practicality.

It's a big weight penalty once you go X5 comparing fun factor of a sports sedan.

Great build OP!

Yes, RaceChip have it for your G06 X6 M50i.
Downpipe wise, I haven't seen any company have one yet.
Still waiting on someone local with G05 X5 or G06 X6 or G07 X7 M50i to lend me a car to let Evolution Racewerks to do a development.

You got it right.
As much as I love M3/M4 power, I never can convince myself to grab one.
I feel clustered and can't see anything up front where the roads are dominated by all different sizes of SAV/SUV.

What a great car, mods, thread, details, attention to detail ...

Any plans to add more massive brakes to match the new HRE wheels?

Working on that too.

But, not sure if I will go with it since Brembo can't do anything about the rear since it have Electronic E-Brake.

It will be awkward running Brembo Yellow or Red front Caliper while Blue stock on the rear.

E-Brakes is Emergency Brake or Parking Brake or Hand Brake.
All new BMW uses electronic E-Brake. So, if Brembo decided to make one that will fit, you will lose the E-Brake.

BMW Started doing it since F10 5-series, F06/F012/F13 6-series, F01/F02 7-series.
Brembo did make rear kit for those cars, but almost no one is willing to lose the E-Brake function.
Especially DCT guys since there is no Parking gear.
And it is not safe to put too much load on Parking gear when you park uphill or downhill.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. Yes, DCT guys and gals do need a parking brake.

Got it. Thanks for this explanation. X3M/4M (as well as 40d/40i) isn't popular here in RF, that's why I was thinking this way. But the car is great anyway.

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinions

Those HRE wheels are leagues better then stock imo. Aggressive look sorely missing from the rear. Graphics well I don’t disagree but it’s work car, kinda a requirement for maximum profitability to have sponsors.

I forgot the number, but it is the same as putting on 15mm spacer on the 21".
