it pulls it off IMO. I thought about doing a white on white BMW a few years back but was a little iffy, but looking at these pics you would be styling

Badging just looks so crowded on back, and am not a huge fan of new gauges ... looks very cheap , miss the classic round circles and simple font ...

Yeah, all of their placards were out of wack. The fine print for the asterisk states that it includes destination and handling charges and may not include any or all of the options listed above.

They had an X7 50i M-Sport inside that ticked just about every box and the placard read $93k or so (for a vehicle which easily added up to $115k), so not quite a base X7 + D&H in that case, but I suppose a base X7 50i + D&H.

I wouldn't have thought that someone would have been tasked to clean that interior before being displayed.
In Germany all cars prepared for either an Autoshow,event or press launch are checked to a high quality checklist to be free from various issues.
I dare not think the response would be like on that X3M.

While my personal exterior / interior choices would not include white on white, I like X3M and look forward to test driving X4M Competition.

There is always room to make any car look more confident to take on the road elements (read: more aggressive styling). Agreed - BMW would be well served to make X3M and X4M models more distinctive. I sense retaining existing styling has more to do with the goal to simplify supply chain and manage costs.

I think a lot of people are going a bit overboard about white seats in a DEMONSTRATOR vehicle.

This vehicle along with all the others is INTENTIONALLY left UNLOCKED for people attending this event to be able to climb into, out of, and all around it.

The fact that there may be a bit of dirt on the seats really isn't surprising.

25 years ago at this event if it existed , there would have been Dove grey seats in an estoril or Daytona violet E36 M3.

Memory set is on the driver's door near the door lock/unlock switch. It's a lot more useable than on the side of the seat.

White is definitely not the best color for that model. Does it have the M seat belts? I am about to order X4 Competition and all BMW brochures do not show M seatbelts, even the dealer does not know anything

For some reason the X5 M looks a lot more aggressive and better than this. I think it's the front and rear bumper treatments.
