The wait is over (almost)

No question for y’all. Just excited that my vehicle has finally left the factory. Hopefully doesn’t take too long to get to Dallas

I’ll also share my timeline so those of you with recently placed orders have an idea of how long it should take. My build week was week 3.

12/11 - Placed order, production number received
12-21 - status changed to production begins
1/12 - status changed to exterior body assembly, paint booth, then entering assembly line
1/13 - status changed to awaiting carrier assignment
1/15 - status changed to dispatched from factory.

Process was shorter than expected.

Grats man. Crazy fast. Did your build week move up or you think the factory is just ahead of schedule?

My build week wasn’t moved up. Factory must be ahead of schedule.

Wow you are lucky. I ordered mine in 12/10/2q here in Austin and I still don’t have an allocation slot.

I'm curious about this and also the other guy. When I placed my order my dealer has an allocation so I knew the build week and production number immediately.

So, when you say you have an order but no allocation, this just means the dealer knows what you want but can't place the order yet? Surely they know when they have upcoming free allocations, right?

That is correct. The dealer said the allocation spots for December and January are full. Hopefully February it is
