Interesting observation regarding seat memory

2018 x3, I am primary driver and am in seat memory as 1. Wife sometimes drives it and she is 2.
Yesterday she does some shopping in it. I go to get in later in day, open the door and without me pressing the 1 seat memory button the car automatically starts moving the seat to position 1? This hasn't happened previously....kinda of neat

Yep. That's an old feature (I had it my X3 F25). The settings are saved to your key. Can be configured in idrive I think.
