Thinking about powder coating the wheels Black.

What do you guys think?

I did a poor job of using Mac mark up tool to paint the wheel black.

Iv been thinking about it myself. I'm 5 minutes away from a good shop. Maybe when this whole virus thing slows down I might do it!

I did mine in satin black. Black looks great on these cars.

I got them from IND- Distribution website. they're the 56mm floating center caps. Also got the matching carbon fiber hood and trunk roundels.

I prefer the 2-tone finish stock. Blackout looks kinda boring...

I did mine in a matte gunmetal like color. Unfortunately, my car still has the winters on. Hopefully I'll find time to switch them out soon.

This finish looks best on this thread. The glossy looks cheap imho

Not really a big fan of powder coat gloss black wheels most of the time. You lose all the details in the wheels and they look like big black lumps.

Agreed, i originally did them in gloss black and they lost all the details, so I had them redone in satin. Best of both worlds in my opinion. Has a semi gloss look in direct sunlight and a "frozen" type look in the shade and at night.

I didn't take any full pictures for some reason. My car is in the shop right now getting a 3m vinyl wrap so when it's done I'll take some pics and upload for you!

Yes sir, it's matte black metallic. I should have it back by Tuesday or Wednesday so I'll post pictures as soon as I have it!
