Lastly tire options suck and you need an instant investment in winters in 50 Percent of the country
Doesn't take away that it has a certain utility of a sports car. You can jump into M40 with a level one step down of less excitement but still fun and more compliant on the road.
Just curious if you have you driven an X3MC for a 2-3 day period ?

I used an M40 for 3 days trying to decide on a purchase.

I’ve put over 4000 miles on the X3MC. Two trips with 4 days of driving over 400 miles per day.

M40 is very nice. No complaints here. Could rock one.

Stock to stock, X3MC is a totally different experience. I can/have gotten out of my Turbo S and into the C back to back and don’t feel “let down”.

It just comes down to the experience that you want.

Great to have all these options !
Test drive in Long Island NY — enough said lol
I have my M3 lowered so I know the sport car feel. Just felt out of place in a suv. Macan and Cayenne Turbos and GTS are more comfortable.
If you didn't have room for a sports car and needed utility of a suv and had a good back I'd go for the X3mc. Otherwise, an addition to sports car —the x4 or x3 m40 with a tune check all the boxes.

Zero issues. Countless posts about the others in my thread on the forum. I’m sure if you look at all F90’s there is someone who plugged a connection in wrong somewhere. “That guy” is always around somewhere.

I owned an F90 and I installed a RaceChip with zero issues. Actually have owned 3 different RaceChip’s. Over 40,000 miles logging. Over 3 different BMW platforms. Zero issues.

Hopefully the RaceChip for my X3MC will be here in the next 2 weeks.
No experience with RaceChip on BMW petrols, but a lot of positive experiences with BMW diesels and RC. First in X3 F25 20D, then X5 E70 30D and then X4 F26 30D. All with excellent boost to standard and no like in zero issues at all - in total close to 300.000 km with RC in above cars. Now looking for adding RC to my X4 G02 M40d. Only good experience and would always go RC than other manufacturers. Br Jens

Agreed 100%. I've had them all...911's, Panameras, AMG's,M6's M5's M4's M3's and this the X3MC is the best all around car I've owned. It's a friggin rocket. Forget the m40i. Not even in the same league. The ride in the X3MC is fine. It's firm but I've driven it 1500 miles in 4 weeks. I love it. Big enough, comfortable, and literally..it's a rocket. And the tranny. Way better than the DCT. So much better in traffic and shifts are lightening. Don't miss the DCT at all. 8 speed ZF is smoother and quicker. Not a doubt whatsoever.

If you are a Dolphins fan, I would hide that License plate.

Nice car though.

Does the orange on the seats actually look that colour in real life?

It's orange/red. Looks excellent and a great contrast

Think it's a drivers car, meaning there are few places left in San Diego to really open her up and "drive!"
I am not upset that I have yet to see a "sister" on the road, (X3mc excluded) they are everywhere and almost 3,000 left to off load...

More and more I am pleased to drive a 2020 X4M (non comp)
Even here in Colorado I can't say I've seen one

I already saw two other X3MCs here in South Florida. People here in South Florida just love their Ms and AMGs.
