When do your winters come off?

It’s been up and down in temp in NY. I’m thinking mid to late April?

How about you?

Usually first week of April but probably won't be until end of April this year due to non-essential business closures

I might do it this weekend if it's nice. Not like I need to drive anywhere or go anywhere anytime soon LOL

I wanted to change them just for something to do. Covid cabin fever.

Usually mid-April but this year looks like a bad spring so maybe later in the month.

I put mine back on two weeks ago.... it was a warm Saturday....then it dropped to 38 the next day. Lol. Just got home from a drive and I feel the grip in the warm temps...quite a different ride compared to my winters

I’ve got more stuff to do around the house than time to do it!

As for the X3M, I have mud flaps to install, summer wheels, and a full Bavsound speaker/sub upgrade.

I hope things go back to normal so people who lost their jobs can get back to work and people stop getting sick, but I’ve made the best out of it.

Never. I'm in Flori-duh. Highs in the 90s already here. Not terribly humid yet, but it's coming....

Funny you would ask that now. Why just today here in Maryland as coincidence would have it. I'm finally driving the car with the factory PS4s. I took delivery with scorpion winters. I hope the PS4s had some kind of preservative on them which wears off as they seemed quite slick once mounted. I had my BM3 tune set to the weakest OTS tune they offer (stage 1, 91 octane) , and I still had all four wheels spinning during a 180 U-turn on dry pavement in sport plus without DSC. On that note, the BM3 techs confirmed today there should be no long term damage if I use their stage 2 tune for DD. I will reload that tune tonight. Their stage 2 with my downpipe is insane for a car and just flat out ridiculous for a damn SUV.

I understand the releasing agents from the tire mold can cause them to be slick for a hundred or so miles when new

Did the change over this past Sunday. Did a spin around the block to reset the tpms and it's been in the garage since. Summers on with no where to go...

Ended up getting both vehicles done today. Like you, nowhere to go. I found out today I can't even get to my cottage across the border from Ottawa into Quebec. No inter-provincial travel

Oh wow, that's crazy. Hopefully they relax that rule so you can enjoy it this summer.

Going to the cottage hopefully soon for me is the one thing that's probably keeping me sane right now. Isolation won't be so bad drinking on a dock

Yeah I'm hoping their thinking is that they'll reduce some of the overall traffic. It's so isolated at my place. Nearest cottage to me is my brother-in-law and he's about 1/4 mile from me and nothing to other side. I sort of understand what they're trying to accomplish, but the reality is that they cannot keep you from visiting secondary properties. I'm sure in the coming weeks they'll start backing off; there's already been severe push-back from locals. Funny thing is though, higher infection rate in Quebec and they let them cross the border into Ontario w/o question lol...sounds about right.

Enjoy your time up there & be safe.

Weird, they won't store them for you in the states. I had to get a rack for my garage...

Which rack is that? Mind providing a link to it? Most of the racks I saw do not play nicely with the size of our wheels.
