Help: Adding a screen or after-market stereo unit to 2005 BMW X3? (PHOTOS)

I have a 2005 X3 that has the standard BMW Business CD,
I was hoping you guys could send me some links and instructions on how to purchase a screen for the car? Weather it be aftermarket or OEM?

anyone done / found anything interesting?

I will attach interior photos!
