New 2021 M40i. About 5 weeks order to delivery. Coming from m240i and M235i before that. My first blue car and loving the phytonic blue with red calipers. Already hate the piano black. First driving impressions are nothing but positive.

Thanks. I am putting one on order through our local dealer. They indicate I should receive it in 2 weeks as both the rear spoiler and the front splitter, suggested by M Performance, are in Germany and available.

Rented man-lift (cherry picker) to finish screening new porch - year long project (deck & porch). This was 3rd time (roof, ceiling, screens). First time rented F150 form U-Haul -- what a complete POS that was - got stuck on flat wet soft grass ground. X3 hauled it like a champ.. hauled up hill without a hiccup.
