As well as your monitor settings affect!

I like VR so much as it changes depending on the light you are in. I bet in south, like Spain or Miami, under the sun, it is more orange. But here in the north, under "blue sky", it is deep red. And of course, during night, it is almost black.

Hard to answer your question which would be the "most realistic" image here.

You're right. Different lighting conditions, different projection in color.

Vermillion Red with the chestnut interior would not be a color combo IMO - the colors clash a bit.

Totally agree. Saw that combo at a dealership- not very attractive, the colors clash and maybe that's why it's still at the dealership; no one wants it.

Looks great! I like it as it doesn't have those ridiculous "X-line" chrome lists, but black lists.

If referring to mine, That is the detailing from the Performance Center. Seems much better than a standard dealer's detailing for delivery.

We are getting ready to order an X3. The outside we have decided we want Vermillion Red. Our first choice for interior color is Nevada Chestnut, but I have some concern it might be a bit too red and clash with the Vermillion. Does anyone have this color combination? I'd REALLY hate to order colors we'd regret for a long time because they don't go together.

I finally had a chance to get some good pics of the X3. VR looks best in the sun but it's harder to get good shots in high contrast situations. I am also including interior shots to show the combo with Sand Beige.

I've decided on the VR M-Sport, but still trying to decide what interior. Black (I like this the best but am worried about getting into it after it's been sitting out in 95 degree sun), Mohave (but saw some pictures on one of these threads and didn't like it), and Oyster (looks fabulously rich and luxurious but worried about stains that I can't get out). My sales guy looked it up and found 13 custom orders in the pipeline on the east coast with VR on Mohave. So somebody likes it!
