Yep, red is iX3 as noted by the lack of exhaust and the kidney grill. They still both have an M-Sport bumper treatment, of course having no exhaust though will change the design slightly.

I like it, better than the render that was posted yesterday.
Looks like the turn signal will be a single thin light bar in those taillights. I bet the whole light cluster will make for a pretty light show.

The render was for the X3 M so there's still a possibility of it being accurate.

Those fake vents on the rear are just so WTF! Why?? It makes no sense... Just looks... bad, lol. Guess after uglying the front they felt they needed to give some attention to the back, too.

X3 is one of BMW's best looking vehicles. I don't like the changes to the front bumper but overall it remains an attractive vehicle and attractive purchase.
Tail lights resemble those of the forthcoming G-chassis 2-series coupe.

I agree with you 100% I personally pull off all the badges and all the indications that it's a zero admissions vehicle I like to be somewhat low-key if I can

In most instances LCI is just change for the sake of change. People are trading in their leases from when the vehicle first launched and BMW needs to give them a reason to lease another one.

I find that the lower half of the front bumper looks somewhat dated, rear isn't too bad

Definitely a step back from the current design. I can appreciate they tried to make the front more aggressive like the X3M.. but looks cheap and tacky. Ordering the 21' M40i as we speak.
