I drove a stock X3MC a few weeks ago during BMW's "Ultimate Drive Experience," and was blown away. Incredible power, fantastic sound, great handling for an SUV, and better looking grills than than the UGLY M3/4. Even as a small, sporty car fan, I was tempted!

FORTUNATELY, I believe the same engine will go in the G87 M2C, so that's encouraging!

For sure no question, however he asked about a roll, and 4wd sport is better on rolls as its closer to rwd IMO.

This is wrong, at least according to the single data point when I tracked mine. 4wd sport did slightly better than awd.

I fully agree with you & every way here. The reason I originally was turned off & still am by the G80 M3 is simply because of the buck tooth front grills. Have no idea what the designers were on when they thought that grill was okay. But whatever substance it was, I want no part of it. That's exactly why I bought my X3 MC instead. And I hope the new G87 M2 is a return to more traditional & normal BMW styling!
