I have been told that I am in week 18, but the MyBMW site doesn't show "Scheduled for Production" yet. Does your MyBMW site Garage still show "Order Received" or something else?

Yes, all Week 18's show "Order Received". I've seen from others timelines that "Scheduled for production happens 2-4 weeks prior to the assigned build week. The vehicles always complete assembly in the assigned build week though and delivery to your dealer typically happens within the next week (dependent on where in the world you are).

I'm week18 too. I've told myself I can only check once per day to see if my status magically changes. I will probably have read the manual front to back twice before it gets here.

I find it easier to check this forum 8 times a day, and see what updates you guys have lol. The bmw website is wonky and sometimes it doesn't even load!

That's been my experience as well. But if I'm patient, try a few times, log in at least twice, and get to the page, I'm rewarded with the same thing I already knew (because I checked it four hours ago).

Emailed bmw a couple days ago to see if my build week changed (originally week 18). Just got a reply saying my build got pushed back to week 20

That's weird I just called and mine is still week 18.

I ordered on March 4th. I've changed my build at least 4 times now and it doesn't seem to have changed my "estimated" build week.

I'm not counting any chickens before they are fuzzy here …. especially after reading all the stories on these forums about delays.

Just spoke to BMW Genius. They told me my build originally for week 18 is now week 21.

The good news is, it seems the bi-color 699M wheels are back on the BMWUSA build site!

I just emailed, and I'm delayed on my x3m40 from week 18 to 20. My other order, an m340, is still on for week 18, but from Germany, so they might arrive at the same time.

I realized I never ask them about deletions or build changes, just the date, I kind of assumed they would tell me if there were any? I guess when I email again in 2 weeks I should confirm there are no deletions? I saw in another forum that some x3s came without HUD, but the x3m40s were not affected?

I'm getting the sense that they literally only give you the minimal information that they can get away with lol

Well… I figured since my build was pushed back that I would swing for the fences. So I switched to an individual color (San Marino Blue) and am really glad I did!

Blue is my favorite color! I wasn't a fan of the Pythonic Blue and initially didn't want to wait the additional time for an individual spec, but figured since I would be waiting an extra few weeks that I'd get what I really want. I am keeping the Oyster interior as it looks great on the press cars I've seen on YouTube reviews (Tanzanite/Oyster).

Hi all,

An update, of sorts. In addition to my x3m40, (which has been pushed back to week 20 like many of you), I also have ordered an m340 sedan, scheduled for week 18. I just checked today and that car is "scheduled for production"! Which I guess means it won't be delayed?

Just wanted to offer a point of reference. It's week 14 currently, so let's see if we get updates on our x3m40s in the middle of week 16? Maybe this will make us all less neurotic for the next 2 weeks. Maybe. Probably not.

Wow, that looks amazing. Congrats. BTW, I actually wanted to order the Merino Tartufu leather seats and my dealer had no idea how to do it or the cost. What was the upcharge on the color? Did you just give them the code from the individualist website after you configured it?

Reached out to BMW Genius as well today and was told now week 20. Went from 15 to 18 for adding HK and now 20. June delivery if lucky.
