Sorry, to clarify, my m40 is sitting at the port in South Africa, I'm in the UK

Mine said something similar, but related to new emissions standards coming up, because M40i will pay more taxes, so we had to confirm before September ended.

No need to deposit as I am just renovating my Select, order officially placed to BMW 28th September...still no news.

I visited them and I could see by myself that order is in the system but no dates or status color available

I'm not sure what to make of that? It's about to be 1 month since you agreed to buy the car and they have no idea when they're going to build it?

I'm quite impatient ....in fact, really impatient. I think I would have walked away by now and gone somewhere where they COULD tell me when I could get a car?

Well, that can be possible in big cities, but I am from a small one, so there's only one BMW dealer. Besides, all BMW dealers in near cities are owned by the same people, so that wouldn't make a big change.

I know them from some time, and deals with them have been always good, so I assume that they don't know either what's happening...but this is killing me.

In the UK, there is a BMW dealership (a different one at that) round every corner.

I note from RoRo Port information that the next Voyage is 006. Any ideas where we can find the latest info?
