US X3M Sales Volume

I have been searching the web trying to determine how many 2020 X3Ms were sold in the US, but can’t find anything. Some websites will give you X3 sales in general, but not specific to the M version.

Anyone know?

That's a great question. The X3 in general is a bigger seller for the brand. But not sure how many X3 / X4 M's were sold by BMW in 2020.

Curious to know as well. I’ve only seen 3 in real life where I am.

It’s not a common vehicle for sure.

Def on the rarer side, but I've seen about 14 in New York the past 2 years.

Same here. I've only seen 3-4 on the street ever. I think the X3 M is so good at blending it's easy to miss if you don't pay close attention to it. I like sleepers.

Corporate emailed back. They indicated they don’t have these figures available and pointed me to their annual financial filing document. Zero help.

Gotta find the manufacturing manager and see if they can pull it from their MRP, usually companies will hide this info until year end so people cant guess on company numbers.

Here in Charlotte I’ve only seen one other than mine. Even at cars and coffee there will be entire row of M cars, but no X3M

Never saw another X3M anywhere down here,until 2 days after I took delivery of my BG X3MC..now I see another BG X3MC identical to mine at least 2x a week driving around. Go figure.

I'm moving down to Fort Mill in a couple of months so there will be +1 X3MCs in the area.

I saw one last year at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Cars & Coffee. They did the charity laps ahead of me as well.

I don't recall seeing others out in the wild but I have seen an LCI M40i.

It would be cool to hit a Cars & Coffee at some point. Although I'll be out of town the next several weekends. Maybe mid November? There are several C&C events to choose from around here.

I have seen about 5 to 6 X4M/X3M (majority X3M) around the Atlanta metro. I have also seen several in my jaunts to SoFla (Browards/WPB/Dade). Not completely rare as in a Unicorn, but conversely no were near as common as the Lamborghini Urus. I see so many Urus’s around it makes one think they are on Fleet Sale

I have seen about 3 x3mc 1 x4mc 1x5mc near my area. I work is next to a Starbucks building so I do see a lot of car pass by sometimes
