Normal 2022 X3M Front Windshield Seal?

Hello, All.

I looked through the Search but couldn't find this topic, so hopefully there's nothing obvious already.

Anyhooo, it seems to me that my July 2022 build on the X3MC is missing a rubber seal around the top of the windshield glass to the front roof. (See picture).

Is this normal? Could anyone else take a glance at yours?

My other vehicles, BMW, Mazda, BMW, all have rubber seals around the entire front windshield. But in this case, it looks like the glass is just laid down. Seems like I could just pry it up and off the car with a spoon.

It's a pretty effective bug collector as well.

Nope very normal. I had my windshield replaced and also applied STEK Dynoflex Windshield Film and the two black trims on the left and right side of the windshield is what's holding it in-place.

Trust me, I hate it! I wish it had a seal, I have a clear bra and that edge gets hit a lot by bugs and it's a pain to clean it because the clear bra edges are up there.

I might add an aftermarket seal or something.
