Electric power steering

Hi guys, i have a problem with my x3 F25 xdrive 2011 ,it was a rainy day and Eps error, driving stabilisation failure, flat tyre monitor error.I stopped restart the car nothing worked, the car was towed to the service 64 errors related steering torque, transmiter and reciever Eps.
Reseted all ,the car worked just fine untill next rain.I went back and they found the 3 wire that went to the electric power rack were broken and make shortcircuit on ground. The car worked fine the next 2 weeks ,even on rain, untill one morning.
When i start the car appears the messege with power steering and disapear. It was undervoltage error so i change the car battery. At the first start all good but in the first 10 meter an Dsc erorr apear and disapear. In the morning same Eps error.Any idea?

I'd start with the one that exists "undervoltage". What is the battery voltage?

That's the alternator voltage, what is the battery voltage, measured at the jump studs after it's been at rest for many hours.

Agreed to the above.

Also - how old is the battery? I might have missed it but if you didn't say yet, that could be a factor to share.

What is the min/max Voltage one should read at the battery/under hood terminals w/o motor running?

I'd start to worry if it reads below like 12.3 volts, with 12.6 or so being good.

My car hovers right at/slightly above 12.3V. I think I recall reading a couple of posts on the F30 forum that went into a bit of detail about the Intelligent Battery System/Sensor setup targeting to keep battery around 80% of full charge.
