Probably the same 10% off, better rebate incentives than lease... not sure on the interest rates... PM me and I can provide contact info and you can get details directly... this is guy is a straight shooter... a true BMW enthusiast... no BS... I leased many cars from him for my family members and referred multiple people... u have not much to loose...

Inventory has dropped to 1/3 since February in so cal.
Incentives are also less by 1k

Agreed, seems like prime buying opportunities were a month or two ago. Now inventory is thin, most the cars left are undesirable configs and discounts are less than before. I combed through the TX dealers and most are unwilling to play ball on pricing and have badly configured cars.

Midwest dealers are cheap with their discounts. I think the big discounts are in areas where they don't need AWD. I shopped 4 dealers and took the best offer. Came on here and found out I overpaid by too much!

I ordered a 2021 at 11% off before any incentives. There is currently $750 loyalty but could change between now and Sept/Oct.

Can you PM me who you ordered from? 11% is good but I probably wouldn't buy without at least another 5k in incentives and a stupid low interest rate.

I would expect between 7 and 10% on an ordered car. If it's on the lot, I would want at least 11%.
