Interestingly, Acoustic Glass seems to be neither standard nor an option, and still no Android Auto on the sDrive30i or the xDrive30i.

I bet AA comes with iD7, and the 30i models need Live Cockpit Pro and Navi to get iD7.

Looks like the M40i now gets Live Cockpit, Connected Pro, Comfort Access, and Panoramic roof all standard. Prices are generally down as a result, unless you wanted a car without those.

Pretty nice.

With some of the good stuff now standard, it may make sense to order a '21 m40i instead of snagging a '20 off the lot. If only there were incentives for the 2021s....

For X3 M40i I was planning to get the Executive package before with a bunch of options, so when I added up the same options I am at exactly 1K less than before. Although now I have to add another $300 for extended shadowline (gladly).

The executive package has reduced from $4800 to $3600 because of the standard equipment added.

Wow, have acoustic glass in my wife's 20 X3 and it is favorite option we selected to get...really makes a difference in road noise.

Yeah, I'm really bummed that it's no longer available. Just ordered an x3 M40i and it can get a bit noisy driving on the autobahn.

Looks like only optioned left will be to put the acoustic glass after market, with OEM glasses. Someone did I nice write up with diy instructions on this forum. Check it out. It is also in the back of my mind.

In the German car configurator of the X3 / X4 the acoustic glass option is still available, so I'm a bit confused. Is the configurator not updated?

Correct, they are removed from a few models (X3 and 3 series at least)
