ordering 2012 x3 need your help

Hi everyone, I am counting on some help from you guys. As you can see from my name I have an M3 which I adore and put her away for the winter. I was given an x3 for a loaner and really love it and am thinking of ordering one tomorrow. I already have a fair idea of what I want on it. I am a little out of practice on this whole thing and when I ordered the M it was first out in 2008 and there was no dealing. What should I expect to get off, how much should I stand firm with as far the percent off msrp, thanks and if you have any ideas on things I should definitely order let me know that too.
