I hear you, but even in 2 years hybrid will still only benefit those driving short journeys and be uneconomical to long distance commuters.

The A3 eTron commands a 73% premium over a the base A3 engine, and cars like the Model S remains a very expensive car.

Further more, most plugin hybrids only have a range of 20-40mile which is dependent on how spirited you drive too. Plugins are still early adopter products and if you buy a petrol X3 today, it won't plummet in value in 2 years.

Until electric cars are cheaper or hybrid offer a 50-100mile range, petrol engines will remain desirable.

I believe the Land Rover Velar will be the king of this category. Land Rover have done a fantastic job with that vehicle making it look way more modern and expensive looking than the offerings from the Germans...

You lease Electric cars, you don't buy them. For now anyway.

$35K for the Tesla Model 3 is a smashing great deal. No gas is the best part.
