Konig K-SUMMIT chains with the OEM 20" Style 699M wheels

Even though the user manual says chains only can be used 18" or 19" wheels, I was wondering if someone has tried the Konig K-SUMMIT XXL K66 chains with the OEM 20" Style 699M winter set (square 245/45R20).

Is there enough clearance for to have these installed (ideally both front and back)?

Good question. I'm wondering about this too, haven't bought a winterset yet but probably only will get 20" if I can fit snow chains.
