Production starts April first deliveries from June.

Haha our deposit on building a 2014 was put down 3 days before the 2015 release :P

I think we're sticking with the 2014. It's not my main vehicle, so I don't care as much, I just don't want her having buyers remorse in 6 months. Not that we couldn't trade up, but I'm not doing that until we won't lose our ass in the process.

I am going to use this as leverage for a deal on the extended service though, as inside I'm raging, because I'm a control freak, and BMW really messed with how I roll

That M Sport bumper, wow... BMW's designs lately have really been a hit or miss.

Disclaimer, there is a "saddle brown" on the bmw configurator, maybe they got the name wrong. I don't know what to do.
It looks like the new very popular color BMW introduced on the LCI 5 Series last year- Mocha Brown Nappa. Darker than Saddle Brown. I have it and love it, plus it's a better quality leather than Dakota.

I Have the 4 banger X3 and it has plenty of power and torque for an SUV for me and the average owner- IMHO. People that take their cars to the track are probably less than 5% of all owners- although percentages here are much higher I'm sure.

LCI sounds fantastic!!!!!

Have the finger tip writing capability for the NAV in my 5 Series- nice feature! The kick open and close for the trunk is a conversation piece- good to use when carrying something. LED Lighting for all exterior lights really brightens up the road ahead.

Interior picture looks like Mocha Nappa Leather. It was the new interior for the LCI 5 Series which I have. Love It!!!!! Upgraded quality of leather over Dakota which probably would be "free" when selecting a "Line"- that's how it works with the 5 Series. Nice contrast with M Sport blacks: Headliner, dashboard and carpet- add Anthracite Trim and you have a very handsome interior.

I was planning on getting a CPO 2013-14 Model when the X4 was released but now this new LCI makes the 2013-14 models look so outdated/old.

Exactly! Which, IMHO, makes it pretty nice to have. Don't understand why so many people hate it....

It the size of those air intakes left and right, they just look so false - an attempt at being showy but it's so obvious there's no class. Space Grey or Black might just be ok though as they lessen the effect.

It may take time to grow on me, but the X5 M sport is still ugly since day 1.
This one is not going grow faster.

Since my first E46 ZHP, I love the "3-part" openings on the front bumper of the ZHP and later M sports. The look is M-ish and it is functional. The center one goes to the radiator (and intercooler in later models), the side openings bring air flow to the front brakes.

This M sport front end is too busy, too much cheap black plastic, thinking of a lot of hexagon shaped, beehive looking ABS plastic-ish space which is blocked to collect dust and snow.

Nah, not that bad, c'mon. All you need is a piece of trim to break up those bottom openings:

I just simply used MS Paint to draw a white line. Makes a huge difference right?

Very much like with they did with the X50d:

Besides, according to the pricing and ordering guides posted for the U.S. 2015 X3, M Sport is the only choice if you want sport seats. I have to have sport seats.

Deliveries by end of April from what my dealer is saying--- then again I'm in Atlanta-- not tok far from factory.

But June - August sounds a bit too far for April production

BMW interior lights

Hi Guys,

I am BMW fan (with a Fiat punto!!!) BUT I always hated the orange color in the interior lights BMW uses, especially the indicator ones!... I love this new BMW x3, and I can see that the indicator lights are white/blue!!! Did something change??? Did BMW correct this!????

Most likely daytime color, it'll still be orange at night.

Anyone know when Dealers in the U.S. can start taking orders on 2015 models? I was just about to build a 2014 but may hold off now.
