Looking good! Are these 'peel and stick"? How hard was it to line up the stick on pieces? Could you redo it somewhat in case it did not match up well initially?

Manual just says to push gear selected across to left and press DSC button so Traction illuminates, no mention that the mode needs to be changed, I suppose once the flag symbol comes on everything is changed as necessary

The whole piece is outlined in multiple 3M double sided tape. What I did was take off about 1/8th of the backing on each and left it hanging off the side so that I could align the trim properly and remove if needed. Once I liked where it was I pulled off the tape while pushing down on the trim so that it wouldn't move.

Similar to this spoiler install...

Attached my Black w/ yellow symbols, "California Legacy License Plate" - Loooks Awesome on my Glacier Silver

Went cycling for the first time using my X3 - only had to fold down the "larger" rear seat (w/ armrest attached) and my road bike fit quite snugly with the front wheel off. I need to throw a large towel under the trunk floorboard. it would come in handy times like this - to cover up my wheel during transport.

I LOVE, LOVE love the utility of this darn car. Good riddance M4!!! hA!!!!

I had my car clayed and I applied Ultima Protectant on the body and wheels (I did the Ultima myself and it took me all of 10 min). Driving to Vegas this weekend so we shall see how this all holds up

Do you need to remove the piano black piece before installation or does it go on top of it? If it goes on top, does it seemed like the cf is "raised" in comparison with the wood trim?

If you've opened the link, you would know, that it sits on the original trim using adhesive.

Gave it a good cleaning after wheel and spring install. Wheels are Rohana RFX11 22x9 and 10.5, springs are H&R. Still have the IND reflectors to tackle but just ran out of time this morning.

New member. Just ordered Match Up 7BMW amp. I will try it to see how it sounds with the stock 676 HiFi speakers. Any advice on installation and possible speaker upgrades would be welcome. Would it make sense to install front door Morel Virtus 402 speakers but stay with the stock center?

Great looking wheels! Nice pic! The sunlight really highlights the lines on the car, and the dark window tints provide a good contrast to the white body!

My wife was gracious enough to take the kiddos out for the day and let me have a day to detail the X3. It was a perfect day weather wise but I wish there would have been a bit more clouds in the sky by the time I was all finished as there were really no good reflection photos to take when I was all done.
