Hi,

When I try to save Carplay app (usually GoogleMap) by long pressing a programmable button, it just says "unable to save". I tried disconnecting/reconnecting my phone but didn't work. Anyone else has seen the same problem?

I feel your pain You can't save the CarPlay from the main screen but you can go to save a preset in either media "Apple car play" or under navigation "maps in Apple Car Play". I don't think you can save any presets once you are in car play interface.
