Traffic Lights Assist in which country?
I went thru the settings of my car and noticed that the TLA is not available in my country (Belgium).
In what countries is it available? Does it depend on the country where you buy the car, or on the country where you currently drive? |

Yes it’s depend on the country. But you can code the car to enable it.

Why is this disabled in some EU countries? I tried to get an answer from BMW in sweden, they say that it’s should be enabled. If BMW can’t answer a simple question regarding disabled function per countries who can answere questions about it?

I'm pretty sure BMW engineers that conceived the feature would be able to answer. BMW lawyers would also. But don't expect your local salesman knowing the whole EU regulations
However I would love to know the answer ! |

BMW Denmark claims it´s disabled due to EU regulations - but that´s not true. I found a note from the Danish Transport Agency that states, that a car is approved on EU level, not on a country level.
So, BMW doesn´t know why it´s disabled in Denmark - that´s my conclusion.
