I know there must be a simple explanation, buy why don't HP and torque intersect at 5252 rpm?

Very simple: OP is bamboozling us.

Welcome to the internet, where about 10% of everything you read is true. Easy way to get attention... make fake build thread, post generic pics of parts, and an mspaint dyno graph and everyone will think you're cool.

It's in Newton.metre.

If you convert the torque at around 5252 you get around 422 Nm and around 311 ft.lbs.

That's about what's it making in hp, so if the lines were scaled differently they would intersect at 5252.

Feels like a lot of effort for no payoff.

Stoptech Drilled Sport Brake Rotor X3 F25 35i Rear
EBC Brakes Redstuff Low Dust Ceramic Rear Brake Pads
Carbon fiber print wrap on bonnet, roof and spoiler

Old build thread here:

https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=888184

The Hartge piggyback died and Hartge the Company went broke it seems.

The X3 is not my daily driver and despite its age has a super low 10,000 km on the clock. I bought it new with all the options I wanted and decided its worth keeping and having some more fun. So I’ve embarked a new build:

Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tread
Pure Stage 2 Turbo upgrade
FTP Chargepipe and Boostpipe
Ruff custom upgraded FMIC
Ruff custom cat less downpipe
Ruff custom oil cooler
aFE Magnum Force Stage 2 cold intake
Precision racewerks ignition coils
Colder plugs for tuned engine
Walbro LPFP upgrade (thank you to forum member Hardparker for the advice)
KW DDC Plug and Play Coilovers with EDC BMW X3 F25
MHD Flasher custom tune

Will be interesting to see what I get out of the N55 without internal mods.

December update:

Attached is the baseline dyno and dyno after parts but before tune. Check back in the new year for the next dyno run after the custom MHD tune is loaded.
I think you are the first person on the forums to not only have KW coilovers on their X3 (they sell V3's IIRC, as I looked into getting them a couple of years ago), but you went and got the DDC version too!

Paul did you installed Precision racewerks ignition coils? How does it fit f25?
I hate me Bosch coils because of misfire problem and looking for something better.

Reviving this post... 997paul did you ever get all the new mods installed and tune?
