Hi Shawn,
I don't code my F11 since November 2019, so I imagine E-Sys Launcher referred above must be outdated/inop.
And I was planning to help a friend to code his 2017 F11.
Is there a new e-sys version I could use to code my 2012 F11 and 2017 F11?
Is it the same software?

Is there an option to do this with INPA, because here in Bulgaria it is sold on the forums with a disk and cable, but I saw that in the comments some people do not understand each other.

I also want to transmit radio waves to those in Europe. As well as coding various options, for example to retract the mirrors when locked, because this extra is off, as well as to recognize characters and more. Hi shawnsheridan ,

I have Esys 3.24 + PsDZData v 51.3 (maybe you you have newer?

) and just a simple Enet cable from Ebay.

But seriously I am stuck:
1. I have installed NBT (donor F11 from 05.2013 HW:21) instead of CIC in my F10 from 03.2011
2. I have ZGW-02 HIGH (lot's of features with Night Vision, Comfort Ventilated seats, Active Cruise Control etc...)
3. I tapped NBT and ZBE3 (no TBX - don't see the point) into CAN2 on CAS
4. I looped both MOST (ZGW and Combox)
5. I have disconnected COMBOX
6. Tapped Pin 13 to Pin 15 in NBT to have auto search for radio...
7. Managed to get NBT working, but most of the things inside are still not working and are as per F11's setup (I know i need Bluetooth antenna and get the mic cables from Combox)

Things that are not working and I'm struggling with:
1. Completely NO SOUND - what so ever in the car (not sure whether it'll come back up after flashing / coding)
2. PDC button and rear camera not working
3. CD/DVD eject button doesn't work
4. Turn radio on button (volume wheel) doesn't work
5. Whole NBT is still showing F11 features and doesn't show my F10 stuff
6. steering wheel selector (right side) doesn't work...

I am thinking about following below steps, but I'm worried I don't have enough equipment (power supply and ICOM) to do so, so please let me know what to do:
1. Change Zeitkriterium from 0311 to 0712
2. Do the TAL Processing as per some posts from the other forum ("CIC TO NBT Pic Heavy" by Hugo_NZ)
3. "try to" flash ZGW to 8SK version (also as per post above). I just don't have ZGW-02 8SK files and I'm not sure whether those from PSDZDATA are the ones I should use. Also I am not sure whether 51.3 version had 8SK files already...also - no idea how to do STEP 2 and STEP 3 not to brick my modules while trying...

Questions:
1. Is it possible to flash those modules without power supply?
2. What to do to fix sound, rear camera and all the buttons?
3. Do i Write the new zeitkriterium FA to the car or do I just use the file to code particular modules?

I also have the donor's Combox and ZGW (02-4sk by the way), but not sure it'll be of any use...

Could you help me with this case?

Sorry, I never make this retrofit, so I am of little help. NBT in Pre LCI F10 is not so easy though. As I understand it, ZGW needs to be replaced with ZGW-02 8SK. ICM is fine to keep but ICM and CAS need post 0712 firmware. NBT Head Unit needs to be HW:10 or lower, else you need an Activation Module with built in Gyro sensor / data.

Many things need to be FDL Coded.

For sound, check these:

HU_NBT => AMPLIFIER_VARIANT
HU_NBT => AUDIO_SYSTEM

For backup camera:

HU_NBT => VIDEO_WATCHDOG_REARVIEW = nicht_aktiv

If car has Basic Kombi:

HU_NBT => BASIS_KOMBI_MMI_LIST = aktiv
HU_NBT => KOMBI_CIC = kombi_low

You can likely can flash any ECU except NBT on battery if battery is fully charged.

Do NOT write new Zeitkriterium FA to car VCM. Just load it into coding module and use it.

Hi Shawn,

thanks for PM and answers. I would've been very happy man if I had HU_NBT in my SVT list

that's not the case though and I only have a lot of errors showing up when I try to download CAFD from CIC_HU (I assume it's because CIC is not there).

So if I understood correctly I just make the change to Zeitkriterium in FA Editor - save the file -> open it in "Coding" tab (after connecting to the car as well) -> use that file to code separate modules that have changed? but I do not write the FA with new ZeitKriterium to the car?

Is it because it'll change all feature in the car with the newer CAFD options and they might not work?

In ISTA/D Kombi shows up as red together with AMP and few other things because I disconnected MOST from ZGW - any idea how to correct Modules Tree?
