According to the BMW Genius "both (status codes) are correct as we use two systems".

I'll get the detailer to do it when they do a new car detail for me prior to delivery.

It's not that difficult to remove yourself though. Warm water to soften the adhesive and dental floss. Lots of videos on YouTube.

How long are new orders taking at the moment, from order to delivery for the UK. Dealer is stating 31 Dec but I am not sure I believe them. Order was submitted yesterday.

Wonder what everyone else is looking at.

I ordered 4 weeks ago and my order form says 31st December. I will find out more information next month.

I ordered last week and was told week 44 build slot (Nov for December delivery).

It's apparently built in the US as it's an X3 30e hybrid. Have spec'ed M Sport Pro and Tanzanite.

I was told last week that it would be February for new orders unless your dealer has an allocation reserve for a build Dec.
So took the one in transit already with the options I wanted, LCI 30e, M sport pro, Comfort plus, Tech plus pro (deletion of HK) Pan roof, sensatec dash, Galvanic controls.
ETA week 4th October.
