Thanks for sharing, @Daniely30 . Before I can set up your spreadsheet need some more info. Your garage shows you own a 2017 340i, so not sure what model F97/98 you have? If you don't remember the DA I can figure it out once I see your full slip which shows location, date and time. And not sure if you just have a downpipe alone or also a tune (are you St1 or St2)? As there are so many combinations of mods gotta depend on Members to indicate what category I should place their data. Not a huge deal if you can't remember your tire psi, but are the wheels stock or ?

i got to change the garage vehicle.
its a 2020 x4m comp. downpipes, stage 2, 93pump. wheels stock. 21inch conti. psi was 38.it was august 14th, atco dragway, nj

Here's your spreadsheet data, Daniely30 , and the updated Leaderboard which now includes the first St2 (without a tune?) data shared, and you're also the first F98 to share a formal 1/4 mile slip.

Without an image of your full slip (which again I respectfully ask those contributing to provide) it took time for me to guess a time you would have made that run on that Friday the 14th. Atco starts their Friday Test-N-Tunes at 5PM it appears, and since we at least have your Round # on the portion of the slip you provided I was able to estimate a time to be able to look up the weather data and calculate an est'd DA.

Interesting data if I have understood your mods correctly, as it does show what downpipes alone (without a tune?) might add to times c/w at least a stock X3MC.

It was awesome to finally get the right launch control experience. 900 feet less physical elevation and cooler temps did the trick to get some times. I had five other 12.0x runs between 114 and 115mph. And pulled two 1.77x 60'.

Great evening with my buddies, even if a 112 mile drive each way there and back.

Good run - thanks for sharing. I've got your numbers entered on the Leaderboard and your own personal sheet, but I need a few more details to complete your data set before I can finalize. Not sure what 'full interior' is (I don't have a spare but I have a full interior, so not sure if you're just saying you have the spare and didn't remove it)? I can see in the image it says Atco, but full slip image still provides the best documentation for reference as it also includes date/time.

All of these details allow others to compare how mods, fuel octane, tire pressure, tire size, weight, and documented DA may affect their own results.

Now that we're starting to get data contributions from different vehicle configurations, the opportunity to analyze effects of these various mods and tunes arises. Although it's a really small sample size, I wanted to see quantitation of gains in time/speed of 1/4 mile with or without downpipe and same with the E50 tune.

Seems pretty consistent (in this very small set) that downpipe improves time by roughly 0.2 sec and speed by 4 mph, and E50 tune by 0.8 sec and speed by 10 mph.

Would be interesting to see the difference (if any) with lightweight wheels, as theoretically at least they should help lower unsprung weight and rotational mass/inertia. And I hope to test effects of further lowering tire psi down to 32F/32R as well as 32F/30R, in addition to octane 93 vs 100 in the future.

Max you might want to check that P2 DA ...is no where near 2000 at ATCO in Sept. Just tried mine through the website and it is very close to what I saw the day of.

Without full images of slips (with date, time, location, and track name), it's difficult to confirm a reported DA. This is why I keep encouraging everyone to share all pertinent data when submitting results...
