BMW panoramic moonroof stuck

Hi members,
Please help me with this,
my 2018 Bmw x3 x30i panoramic moon roof sun protection shade is stuck in halfway position. I have tried holding up the button for re-initializing the system as per the manual instructions but nothing is happening. HAs this happened to anyone else or if somebody can tell me how it is fixed?
