I also wore a blue seamaster today, not a chrono tho.
Hows the titanium on that one? The ti on my pelagos is so soft I feel like I could scratch it with my fingernail lol

Titanium is a soft metal and that's why I don't lend the tools I use on MRI scanners to anyone because if I do they inevitably get trashed. You do get that nice matt grey case with Ti though.

I to tend to be very careful with my watches and keep them in a case when not worn. The Ti is now 21 years old and have looked at other newer more expensive watches but honestly can’t think of anything better to replace it with. |

I got to attend a business trip the with wife last week, took my "beater" watch with me on the trip. In all seriousness though, I am glad to see others still appreciate a nice watch and Horology.

Tag Heuer Carrera Caliber 1887 - love this watch. Have it for more than 10 years now.

Somewhat related, but if anyone is looking for a nice new (or new to you) watch, eBay is offering 10% off luxury watches over $2000 with code LUXURYCLASSIC
https://www.ebay.com/b/Watches-Parts...324/bn_2408535 Also to keep in the spirit of the thread -- working today but going against the grain and wearing something that's NOT a dive watch

Picked this up from a local watch dealer today. In fantastic shape aside from a mark and a few lights scratches on the bezel insert (easily repairable).
Omega Seamaster GMT 2538.20.00 aka "The Great White". I've wanted one of these watches for years and finally bit the bullet. This watch is similar to the Rolex Explorer II of this vintage, but the bezel is bi-directional, so you can track a third timezone (like the GMT Master II). Pic from before I set the correct time:

I'm a sucker for Omegas. Currently alternating between a Seamaster Chrono and a Speedmaster x-33.

I’ve bought and sold at least a couple dozen Rolex (modern, neo-vintage and vintage) over the years, eventually settling on my true grail model. Gilt era GMT’s w/ square crown guards (Model #1675 from 1965 & 1966)
