Again this is without seeing all the factors. Just a base line for a good deal.
That seems high, no? My dealer got down to around a grand with 8% tax without any drive off and basically no negotiation. $85k MSRP. That was very little off MSRP.

I won't lease this vehicle until I can get down to $850 a month with tax with very little drive off (<$1500). It will happen at some point as stock builds up.
Based mine on 9 percent tax
So it's close to your deal

920 with tax v 1000 with tax
80 dollars x 36

1500 down you
If I put 1500 v 4500 I'd be 60 more a month roughly

+1

The lease deals right now seem wildly expensive imo. Eventually BMW will need to bump the residuals and/or provide additional incentives to get the rates more reasonable. No reason the x3m shouldnt be max of $800s/mo tax included with $0 cap cost reduction.

Cap cost reduction isn't same as drive off. The drive off I mentioned is zero down but includes first month, taxes and bank fee and dmv fees.

I know they arent the same and dont believe I suggested they are

But anyway, if the $4,500 doesnt include cap cost reduction then there must be some crazy fees in there because that seems like a ton of money.

925 + upfront taxes + 920 first month + 275 dmv

That doesn't sound too much

That comes to over 4000 easily

I guess each state is different. In Florida there is no tax up front but rather paid with every monthly payment.

That is a ballsy statement. It takes a lot of leg work to find really good deals. Just saying man.

That is very true. I talked to at least 6-7 dealers and walked into a few too but end up getting the deal at a dealer 80 miles away.

Loyalty credit is not that much (unless it just went up in a specific neck of the country)

Not great discount on front

What type of vehicle non comp x3m

You should get 12 plus percent discount with all rebates and msrp knock off. And that is reasonable.

Lots of factors that can't be vetted over a forum post.

Actually two dealers have offered me that much for loyalty credit and 3.25% financing. This is a X.3 M competition. No moonroof.

Please review this X3M deal...

I put this same deal on Lease Hackr calculator website and the monthly payment was about $100 cheaper with tax being levied monthly. My SA said the calculator on that site is confusing and not accurate. Here's the deal I have:

How does it fare against the current market and other deals?
